when viewing free surfer reconstruction output in their viewing software 'freeview' you are able to overlay the surface files eg left hemisphere pial on the generated volume files (including t1 input) such as their brain mask image. This is helpful when checking reconstructions were performed accurately. This would be a great function to have in Cerebro viewer.
