Improvements to documentation README

Hi Steve,

This bundle looks like it will do just what I need for my project, but looking at the docs you've written it is pretty unclear how to do anything further with the bundle once it's installed.

Any chance you could document a bit more of the functionality and give an example of how to use it?

@benr77 I am guessing you didn't end up using this since I never got back to you (sorry!) I don't do much PHP at the moment but I am getting on top of my OS projects – so will answers questions and merge PR's where I can from now on.

@stevelacey My project has progressed a lot since I wrote my initial comment. However, currently I haven't even started building the user management interface that your bundle would support. I will likely be starting work on this in the next month or so - in which case I'll be in touch. It would be great to improve the documentation and also test it with Symfony 2.6.

@benr77 well, being built on Symfony 2.3, and given the backwards compatibility promise – 2.6 should be supported, but it I haven't tested it.

I am happy to answer questions and give you some direction regarding where I intend to take this bundle, but I probably won't be finding any time any time soon to contribute myself – there's some good stuff to build upon here though.
