More QA scripts for the output schedules #142

This issue will supersede #138

We need additional QA on the output schedules. Sun safety is not the only thing we should be checking. We need:

if current time goes backwards or if it jumps by ~6 hours in one go.
if we are moving outside our Azimuth limits
