Hi, sorry for this annoying question... i thinked about creating something similar with RPI0 and a power-bank, but this project is nicely integrated so i could be provided to non-technicans.

So the question is, when, where to buy? What is the estimated price?

Hi! This is a reference design, so it's not for sale. But, you can reproduce the entire codebase using an Adafruit BLE Feather, as @xobs has upstreamed all the necessary patches to the Circuitpython mainline.
