Describe the bug
WinGet (DesktopAppInstaller.adml) is missing strings in the en-gb localization

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change localization country to en-gb
  2. Run gpedit.exe

Expected behavior
Load GPO's for WinGet

Actual behavior
Errors for missing string resources in localization file

Fixes simeononsecurity#3

Copied missing entries from en-US localization and checked for required spelling changes. Changed the term "setting" to "policy" in each object for consistency and clarity.
