QR code for easy access on mobile device #145

Having the ability to use a QR code to access a draft page could be a nice addition to the current share functionality.

Makes a good alternative to needing the preview panel open.
There is nothing like testing a page on a real device for understanding how touch performs.
There are so many screen variations that our simplified preview sizes are not realistic enough.
A QR code reduces the time to open a link in a mobile (additionally share draft doesn't require login).
QR codes are still actively used (don't seem to be disappearing).

UI might be fairly simple with a 'Open on mobile' link or mobile icon to access the QR code. Would be good to test if this would be useful at all.
