Looks like sessions are not actively terminated, even if the client ran without errors. They are eventually dropped after some timer expired, but that looks unclean.

Well we have use-cases where we want to run mtda-cli several times reusing the same session. I suppose we could add a --keep-session-alive option for our use-case and default to terminating the session on exit.
