Feature Request: Refactoring

Might be an absurd request, but I was wondering if this could be set up so my helpful desk utility could assist in refactoring my code akin to the Jetbrains version

That's where I wanted to take this plugin - I am a BIG ReSharper fan 😉

I looked into this a while ago, but decided to hold-off and wait for the Atom API to improve/finalize.

Unfortunately I don't currently have a lot of time to work on this plugin, but I'll try and come back to it later this year. I'm always open to pull requests though, and I would be willing to help with a collaboration.
