A request thread for shortcuts

Creating a system of changeable shortcuts is an undertaking of epic proportions, so instead we collect the requests from users for new shortcuts.

The recommended message format is:
(required) The action that you want the shortcut for.
(very nice to have) The main use-case for the proposed shortcut.
(optional) The key combination for the action.

If your request is already listed here, then vote with thumbs-up to show that you also want this shortcut to be implemented.

I'll start with the requests from Discord.
Sunrosa asked for the following:

Action: Open the Shopping List
Main use-case: Export to requester chest

Action: Make full page screenshot
Main use-case: Quickly sharing the page's specification to your fellow engineers over chat platforms without forcing them to import the page before they can see it
Key combination: Something left-handed only would be nice, so alt-tabbing quickly after making the screenshot is seamless.

Action: Opening the milestones page
Main use-case: For people playing modded runs (like Pyanodons), lots and lots of milestones are to be expected. It takes two somewhat-precise clicks to get to the milestones screen, when a keybind could easily be added to speed that process up. Sometimes, I just want to inspect my milestones without changing them, but the time it takes to get to that screen discourages it.

It would also be really nice if an alternative keybind was added for the NEIE with only left-handed keys, because reaching all the way over to hit the N key every single time I have to look something up is adding up quite a bit. I know it would be jarring to outright change the keybind, but I think the frequency of NEIE's usage warrants a second, easier-to-reach keybind. (Or just make it configurable in settings)

Action: Create raw recipe
Use case: Oftentimes I want to do a recipe with a fixed number of buildings as my constraint, as opposed to requesting a specific amount of items, which can lead to clunky building ratios.

• Use case - Reopen last closed tab - I usually have no text and just the icon and always misclick the X
  
• Suggested Keybind: Mod + Shift + T is a pretty standard keybind for this action
