RV doesn't show up in Desktop

RV / Screening Room doesn't show up in tk-desktop engine since tk-multi-screeningroom app only registers context menu commands. There's no point including this app in tk-desktop apps in the default configuration.

Although instead of removing it in the config I'd suggest to fix the issue by registering a command that'll show up in Desktop and will launch RV in the project's context.
