How to start unbalanced matches?

Hey I want to know how it is possible to start matches eg. 2v10.

In my MatchZy configs I have mp_autoteambalance 0 and mp_limitteams 0, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. The teams are still capped to 5 players.

Do I have to change the gamemode and if yes which gamemode? We basically want the default competetive gameplay experience, just with unbalanced teams sometimes.

I'd be thankful for any help. :)
