I tested the example, it worked well. |
hello, thank you very much for your reply, but I recently tested ExternalMedia.Test.FluidProp.CO2RefProp.TestStatesSupercritical and it still doesn't work, dymola compiler is vs2019, so I found the vs2019 folder in Resource's win64 and selected the file externalmedialib.h and copied it to \ExternalMedia\Resources\Include folder, but it still gives me an error code. attached is my External Medium package.
(Do I need to install fluidprop related software in order to simulate the simulation? how should I do it after installing fluidprop?)
Looking forward to your reply!

As the error reported, the file externalmedialib.h should be placed in the folder: .\ExternalMedia\Resources\Include. Please check it.

I did not test the FluidProp lib since it needs an extra license. Please see: https://github.com/modelica-3rdparty/ExternalMedia/blob/master/README_fluidprop.md |
Hello, thank you for your reply! I didn't use the CoolProp lib because the low pressure CO2 doesn't seem to run it will report an error in Dymola, I'm using Dymola2023, VS2019 to run the ExternalMedia.Test.CoolProp.CO2.TestStatesSupercritical model, it can run normally when p1=1e6 and p2=1e6, but it doesn't work when p1=1e5 and p2=1e5, the following is the running log:
(In addition, it is interesting to note that in OpenModelica, setting p1=1e5 and p2=1e5 in the ExternalMedia.Test.CoolProp.CO2.TestStatesSupercritical model, yet it works fine!)

Why not use CoolProp lib? It is totally free.

Hello,I have installed the free version of fluidprop with dymola2023X, and the compiler is installed with VS2019, the CoolProp example can run, but I still get errors in the simulation of the FluidProp model, such as ExternalMedia.Test.FluidProp.CO2RefProp. TestStatesSupercritica.
ExternalMedia has also been placed in the Modelica folder in the Dymola2023X software, how do I operate the fluidprop? The following is what is reported as an error:
