I'm getting this error message when running the bot on my server. https://pastebin.mozilla.org/5601652

it works fine when I run it in freenode, but on the mozilla server it doesn't seem to want to run.

Hmmm. The pastebin appears to have disappeared. :/ I think you need to manually change it so it saves forever (see the section that says "How long should your post be retained?").

If someone can reproduce this (and maybe link to a permanently-saved message) we can try to address this.
