This is a great theme! Starred.

Some suggestions:

1. Please reduce the height and size of the footer area with name and copyright. It is not related to content, but is too big, eats too much real estate, and is extremely highlighted/noticeable.
   

2. Alternatively, allow to remove or configure the footer via config. This would be best, as people can then add what they want.

3. Please make this compatible with remote_theme if it is not already. Then people can use it directly, and there will also be stats on the repo page indicating how many people use it. Example: https://github.com/riggraz/no-style-please
