Add option to set the default cookie path

I'm using root cookie (http://wordpress.org/plugins/root-cookie/) to change my wordpress cookie path to "/" (root).

If I send a pull request to add a "Cookie Path" option, would this be a feature you'd consider implementing?

@davidmurdoch - it is, I'd add it to the newly implemented "Advanced" section so that most users never have to think about it.
