希望在日志中，打印出请求的IP是通过什么域名解析回来的信息

我经常用手机上网，我发现不定时的会发生请求断流的情况。查看了日志发现了个现象，日志如下：

如日志所述，我请求的站点是直连的。
我清楚，这些请求应该是要被代理的。因为我访问的google域名被污染了。这跟我手机用的网络环境的dns配置有关，但我有点不明白了。
我设置的是gfwlist模式，也确信google的站点已经加入到黑名单（因为我是持续在访问google的页面，突然访问不到，所以我推断站点应该是在黑名单中）。就算本地域名被污染，也应该是走远程dns来解析域名，并通过代理来完成我的浏览请求。为什么现在会出现如日志打印的情况那样，使用被污染的域名直连处理请求。
现在的日志 ，很难查到底66.220.148.145、31.13.80.1这些IP是请求什么域名返回的。能不能在打印这些日志的时候，增加当时解析的是什么域名？
