We have noticed at least twice now that if you re-pack an expert miner sometimes they drop a Diamond pickaxe we are unsure why.
Today we noticed that one of the expert miners was no longer holding the diamond pickaxe instead he was holding an iron one and his name was still expert (see screenshot attached)

So far it appears to be random but if I can sort out the exact cause I'll update the issue with exact steps to reproduce. Right now all we know is place an expert miner let them work for a while then re-pack them at a later date. Sometimes they will drop a pick and when re-placed hold an iron pick (screenshot ) Sorry I do not have a better write up on it.

Thanks for the report on this, I will do some investigation of the issue, and let you know what I find out.

minor cleanup to npc repacking during investigation of #53 -- cannot

duplicate issue, but have eliminated a couple of potential causes
