Is it possible (and desirable) to use relative freqs in Bubblelines instead of raw

Here's where it's being set, but merely changing it to "relative" doesn't do much (nothing appears or it's tiny).

Note: there may be some logic for using raw frequencies, that needs to be explored before diving in too deep with changes.
