Background failing on Android 12 #77

On Android 12, when the app is minimised the downloading stops. On reopening the app, the download continues.

Steps to replicate
Case 1:

start a download
put the app on background, don’t kill it
come back 5 mins later
download will be stuck

Case 2:

start a download
lock the phone
come back 5 mins later
download will be stuck

Issue is only present on Android 12. Tested the above cases on Android 6, 9, 11 and have passed.
