Special startup key sequence

Allow for invoking a special key sequence on startup. Think having a menu of some sort, but being able to automatically pass in specific input for invocation.

Will probably need something like this for key presses.

What happens on exit? Also, it may not work as well as expected and has no real use cases at the moment.
