Question: is it possible to use Dirichlet regression on python?

I am looking for python code of Dirichlet regression, learning Dirichlet regression from papers.
I'd appreciate it if you tell me there is python implementation of Dirichlet regression. As far as I see, the repository doesn't contain python implementation, isn't it? I'd like to use it as benchmark.
