Updated OpenCore to OC-0.8.3 with Monterey 12.5. Also works with Ventura 13.0 (beta 4) for those of you living dangerously 😀. Should also work with BigSur.

NOTE - SMBIOS has been changed from previous releases. See README for details.

This release fixes broken USB ports after upgrading to Big Sur 11.3 (see changelog in readme)

It also has OpenCore 0.6.9 and all associated Kexts and Drivers.
