There are plenty of services that do this. The issue is that there are two modes:

"Put this on both #fb" I hate seeing #fb
"Automatically put everything on both"

Twitter now has metadata, so it would be cool to add:
type: personal, business, both

and then from that have it import to FB (and other services such as linkedin)
