Add the functionality to add a course to the list,

Tasks on this Card:

  • When New course button is clicked a new entry is made with empty fields
  • Course Code can be written
  • Course Title can be written
  • Course Faulty is a dropdown and can be selected
  • Course Required is a dropdown and can be selected (by Faulty)
  • Zero or more pre requires can be added to a course
  • semesters offered can be selected
  • Course is saved to list and stay on after reload
