Should we remove the unsupported cite commands from the basics.md page or implement them?

We should implement them. I don't use them but they've been part of our documentation for so long that it makes sense to provide them. Do you want to give a shot at implementing them in the biblatex-sp-unified repo and then we can pull them into the sp-tex system?
