Micro Stuttering Asus G15

Hello,

I have beem having micro stutters which even affects audio on my GU502LW.

I have clean flashed the Window 11, installed all drivers manually hoping to fix this issue, but it is still present.

I have observed even while temperatures are fine(sub 90°) CPU power usage drops for a second. Even worse in Turbo mode. This is also observable in game, pretty low %1 FPS.
