need for snapshot's title/description

snapshot has only that automatically generated number, user ask for possibility to add title/description to it, especially if many snapshots are created for one "set of assets" - to be able to describe what are they created for (e.g. as supplement for paper)

@OlgaKrebs - a bit of a problem has cropped up related to this task.
When submitting to Zenodo, or generating a DOI, current the parent item (say Investigation) title and description is used as the metadata for those entries. But now we also have a snapshot title and description, which may not always be appropriate for Zenodo/DOI. Which should we use ?
