Would like to donate monetarily - Can't find where on your README.md - can you add it?

Hello,

I run a Youtube channel dedicated to open source software, and I try to encourage my viewers to donate, in some way, to open source to help keep projects going. Many people can donate monetarily, but often I find projects haven't set up, or don't make it really easy to find where to donate. I was looking at your README and didn't find it anywhere. Can you add that information to the README please?

I've also looked on your extraterm.org page, and don't find it there either. Maybe I'm missing it, and if so, then others may be as well.

Thanks for the great software! I really like it, and spotlighted it in a video a while back. I would love to donate to you.
