Consider rewriting to TypeScript action

Hi,
first, thanks again for including Pierrot in SDKMAN! I was considering creating my own action based on https://github.com/DeLaGuardo/setup-graalvm which also leverages caching but it might be easier if this action is rewritten instead. Is this something you would consider to make the action more efficient?

Sorry for the long delay. This is a project which we contribute in our spare time. I have been thinking about how to fix it as-is (see #11) due to my lack of Typescript knowledge. If you are willing to do it, please go ahead, I will be so happy to accept the contribution. LMK if you need some help.
