Describe the bug

The current documentation says Go 1.20 is required, however currently exactly go 1.21 is required. Compilation fails both with 1.23 and 1.20.

I've spent few hours today trying to figure this out.

To Reproduce

  1. See https://docs.scroll.io/en/developers/guides/running-a-scroll-node/
  2. Try to compile it with 1.20, will fail with something like
# github.com/scroll-tech/go-ethereum/cmd/geth
link: github.com/fjl/memsize: invalid reference to runtime.stopTheWorld
util.go:46: exit status 1
exit status 1
make: *** [Makefile:15: nccc_geth] Error 1

URLs

https://docs.scroll.io/en/developers/guides/running-a-scroll-node/

Expected behavior

l2-geth compiles without errors
