Wordpress is a very popular application, and the multitude of plugins and configurations provide good opportunities to expose performance information.

Initial Questions:

  • What versions?
  • Should we instrument each plugin distinctly? Can we do that automatically?
  • Do we need special support for single vs. multi site installs?

34% of the web uses WordPress so I feel it should be a high priority perhap:

and
https://wordpress.org/

Latest core versions and beyond

Any active themes or plugins and hopefully it can be done automatically.

Single and Multisite Installs with it subsites is ideal.

This may or may not be helpful https://developer.wordpress.org/rest-api/

Hi folks. I originally posted this in 2019. I am wondering if we are close to (if not already) able to support WordPress Multisite Network installations and WordPress Single Site installations yet?

Remember, this is a massive audience and really should be a high priority. WordPress has the largest CMS in the world. See https://w3techs.com/technologies/overview/content_management

Why is this not a major priority?

:)
