Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Users cannot reset their password and can become permanently locked out. A web admin cannot help, and this requires someone with knowledge of the app to run commands in the python interpreter in the container to fix this.

Describe the solution you'd like

A password reset link on the login page with an associated endpoint. Possibly using timed JWTs instead of a DB entries, but that can be determined later.
