Req: SSM Parameters lookup

It would be great to be able to use this backend for SSM Parameter lookups too.

Hi @gibbsoft, that would be a good idea, and we would welcome a PR to add the functionality. We are not currently using AWS Systems Manager, so won't be adding this functionality ourselves at this time.
