Implement usage of SMAS

Currently there exist no implementation of SMAS and therefore there is no connection to the smas-cep project from which to receive the events. This is a mandatory step. The current implementation is only used to avoid the boilerplate of SMAS and test implemented features and bugfixes.

The methods to receive the events already conform to SMAS. The implementation of SMAS should therefore only contain the typical Node and Plugin implementation.
