just got a new MBP running Monterey. i downloaded Max 9.1 & it wont run. i get this error. please help

Experiencing this issue as well. Running macOS Monterey.

Model Name: MacBook Pro

Was able to get to the application running by control + clicking the app on the dock and selecting Open. This added Open to the menu pictured above.

@aktionman the version you're using is too old, you need to use the unstable 0.9.2b4 build here - https://files.sbooth.org/Max-0.9.2b4.dmg

I have the same issue with the 0.9.2b4 build from that link, on Ventura 13.3.1

Control-clicking on the icon does allow it to open, of course
