Play a random jingle at fixed moments in a switch

Hello,

I'm trying to have one random jingle played from a pool of possible jingles, at fixed moments in a switch.

I tried using a transition function, but the jingle never plays (even if it's a single), and am now trying to figure out it w

• How do I make sure insert_jingle returns a type source?
• How come the transition function is not working? (if i'm doing e.g. [old, single("jingle.mp3"), new], i still don't hear the jingle)
• Is there a better approach?
