Issue creating a video harbor/switch between live and backup feeds

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is possible with liquidsoap, but I'm trying to achieve something like a "video harbor" with video feeds that would, in this priority, do the following:

• Play a "main" video stream that would be live most of the time (consider it an AutoDJ type feed).
• If a live event happens, the "live" video stream should then be the video stream outputted.
• When the "live" stream ends, go back to playing the "main" video stream

This is what I have started with:

settings.init.allow_root.set(true)

When running the above script, the main feed is shown as expected and liquidsoap claims there is a 404 (for the live feed, which is correct as there is no stream there yet) If I then start the "live" video feed I get the following 2024/09/01 10:01:40 [switch_0:3] Switch to input.ffmpeg_0 with transition. which is expected and the output then switches to the "live feed" as expected. If I then stop the "live" feed I would then expect it to revert back to the "main" feed but instead I get the following output from liquidoap:

I'm using Liquidsoap 2.1.4

I appreciate that using the term harbor may be inaccurate and maybe I just need some kind of automatic switching between feeds.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Closing this as updated to 2.2.3 and it works OK.
