Force flush the buffer

Hello,

I'm using Liquidsoap with AzuraCast.
After i was updating in without stopping the liquidsoap service, i accidentally broke it.
Now after the update, the liquidsoap won't start, and it's saying:

And this is every time when i hit the start button, no matter how many times i restart the whole system.
I even delete the song from the playlist... But it still trying to read that exactly one song.

So is there any way that i can force flush the buffer and hoping that this will fix the things.
