v1 - No actions available on the "Amazon Pay" tile

Steps to reproduce:

• Preconditions:

• Subscription must be placed on V1
• Payment Capture must be set to:
  "Authorize the payment when the order is placed"

Trigger the subscription renewal
Navigate to the order on status "Pending Payment"
Notice "Amazon Pay" tile
Actual result:
On the "Amazon Pay" tile there are no action buttons
Expected result:
Required action buttons must be displayed
