Describe the bug
Sometimes phone numbers are not filled on the Amazon shopper account, this field is used for some specific shippings that customers use to schedule delivery, i.e. all freight shipments.

Possible solution: Check if the shopper account has phone number, if not, render the phone number field (as is done with state or street).
