Can't Extend The Service module on Vtiger 6.4.0 #156

Hi there!

I'm using Vtiger 6.4.0 and trying to extend the Service Module on Vtiger using Module Designer, But when I try to load an existing Service Module, sends an error message "An Error Occurred. Try again"

Someone have the same problem? How I can deal with this?
