vtiger_tab not created

Hello,
trying to create modules, but are not added in vtiger_tab.

The main problem is that if I load a filed uitype10 related to other custom module created by your tool, in popup no data are shown. So I've been look at log and see that make a query on vtiger_tab an looking at that table I saw new modules are not created.
