I bumped into something similar I think. I just changed the IP of my Dirigera Hub to make it permanent on the network and the IP was in the name of the integration even after setting the new IP. In the Dirigera mobile app I've seen home assistant added again and again but the integration reported an error. It's pretty late here so instead of debugging I just deleted the entry and added it from scratch and it worked from there.
I clicked add entry, put the new IP address in and followed the rest of the integration steps. The "stuck" IP address disappeared and now connected with the Dirigera Hub

When changing the IP address of the Hub, Integration -> Configure, it will not save the new IP address.
It's saying OK, but nothing has been changed. Was checking the home assitant log, and still saw the old IP address.
For now I've managed to change the IP Address editing the:
config/.storage/core.config_entries
