Windows: Issues moving katrain window between monitors with different display scale settings

When moving the katrain window between my two monitors it basically freezes up, stops responding, and it seems like it keeps trying to resize itself. Attempting to move the window using win+shift+left/right does not move the window, but instead it tries to resize.
When matching the display scales to the same value the window can move between monitors without issue so It likely has something to do with that.

OS: Windows 11
Display 1 is 1920x1200 and has a scale set to 125% (recommended by the OS)
Display 2 is 1920x1080 and has a scale set to 100%
