Bootloop, How to access Canta?

Im on a oneplus phone and I uninstalled some system app, probably carrier location service or emergency sos, or apphub. I also uninstalled 2 others but I cant remember their names. I can access ADB through my pc but for a limited amount of time until it restarts again.

I was planning on making a backup of my phone with adb then trying to use

cmd package install-existing --user <user> <package>
adb shell pm install-existing APPACKAGE

to reinstall the packages, Is there any way for me to view the deleted apps from canta through adb or shell or something?

My phone is a OnePlus Nord N200 5G

MIghtve found a viable solution for other people who have the same issue
I downloaded universal-android-debloater and I used it to restore com.oplus.deepthinker among with some others, seemed to fix the bootloop for me!!
