Version

latest dev

Describe the bug

When trying to descend from FL390 to FL350 the A/T throttled down for about 5-10 seconds and then throttled back up to 70%-ish thrust which prevented the plane from actually descending.

SPD was enabled in IAS set to 275
LNAV enabled.
FL CH enabled.

Expected behaviour

Throttle to (near) idle during descend when not using v/s mode.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get up to altitude
  2. Lower the AP Altitude setting
  3. Engage FL CH

Additional information

I think it might have something to do with #228
The A/T tries to compensate for the speed going down, which results in the plane pitching back up due to the increased thrust, which results in the thrust going up further to keep the speed up.
Eventually the plane will go into a climb while trying to descend.
