Wrong time allocations

When I’m logged in as one of the RSA TAC members on the statistics page under ‘All’, the time available is much lower than it should be (53.20), which makes the oversubscription much higher than it should be (requested time = 1387, subscription rate=2607%). Can you check where that time available comes from? (If I log in as myself the time available for all is 1334.14).
