The css vocabulary list in left side panel is not Scrolling into View when i select CSS Properties #10

This is minor issue. In CSS Vocabulary, when i select any CSS rules [properties], the left side panel is pointing to the correct vocabulary but the select vocabulary is not visible; we have to scroll down manually.

Thanks, this is the same as issue #3. Should be an easy fix, as soon as I have the time.
