Originally filed as tardypad#17.

Make it easier to find specific comics the comics list of the settings page.

Ideas

Introduce category tags to be used for …
Search (for Comic names, tag(s), author(s) etc.)
Filtering (by language, tag(s) etc.)
Sorting criteria or strictly alphabetical sorting with first letters (A-Z) to jump to.
Highlight new comics (new since last app version or last check)
