Search for unknown bug

After searching a name, #(Name) is added to the url. If you search unknown(to see all records without name per the help.)

unknown appears after the url, then the screen jumps down the the Unknown link under Gender to filter.

Another bug with searching unknown is it will refresh the results like every 3 - 5 seconds.

I have attached a video, I think it will help understand the bug.
